You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a refund, no questions asked.

How? Write to us via the Contact page with your order number. We'll reply within 2 business days with the next steps.

Refund: made to the payment method used for the order, no later than 14 days after your request is approved.

Damaged or lost package: contact us with a photo or your order number and we'll send you a new bottle or refund you.

Right of withdrawal: you have the legal 14-day period to exercise your right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons, it does not apply to cosmetic products unsealed after delivery (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Our 30-day commercial guarantee is in addition to this legal right.
